I recently spent a magical evening in the Stewart Creek Food Forest with Meg Jordan of Restore Earth Connections. Meg showed us how to make our own herbal tea blends.  We tested several cold infusion teas and one hot infusion herbal tea blend. Meg is an inspiring, generous, knowledgeable, and passionate gardener. She let us wander among her amazing collection of herbs, vegetables, fruits and heritage apple trees, tasting as we went. 

It was a delightful evening which went by far too quickly. I am looking forward to attending many future workshops led by Meg.
