Nurturing Yourself with Nature

Are you soooo ready to receive nurture for yourself?  Are you feeling depleted with the constant low level anxiety that is the reality of living in this COVID-19 world?  Are you looking for ways to recharge while not being in charge?

Join Meg Jordan of Restore Earth Connections for a relaxing and restorative session with experiences and practices to nurture yourself -- body, mind and spirit.  

This is a monthly session: choose to come once, several times, or every month.  Discount for repeat participants!  Each month we'll be tuning into the rhythms of the seasons to guide our time together.  So there will be a pattern to the sessions, but no two sessions will be completely the same.

Held each month on the 3rd Sunday in the afternoon.  Easy to remember! Gift yourself with this guided time in nature following the rhythm of the seasons.  See dates and register below.

For each session:

  • Small groups of up to 6 participants, practicing physical distancing
  • Outdoors, rain or shine (dress comfortably for the weather and walking).
  • If you wish, bring a journal and writing implement of your choice.
  • Bring your own mug.
  • Bring your intentions for self-care, gentleness, and finding ease.

Discover ways to relax, recharge, restore

  • Nature as nurturer
  • Slow down time (guided and interactive)
  • Solo time (to journal, make nature art, notice colours and patterns, etc.)
  • Relaxing herbal teas
